We have created self-paced journeys that can be done entirely at your own pace.
The courses/programmes are designed to be interactive, with guided video clips, audio clips, pictures and text copy. Once the course/programme is purchased, it is yours to keep forever and refer to it whenever needed.

Workplace Inspiration
Most wellness programmes in the corporate space focus on supporting fitness, diet, and life skills, but very few include breathing, and yet it is the missing link which connects how a person feels, thinks, and behaves. Learning the skill of conscious breathing provides individuals and organisations with a lifelong tool to be accessed anytime and anywhere for improved mental and physical wellbeing.

Our workshops are relevant for corporates, community organisations, training facilities, SMMEs and special interest groups and are curated to the needs of the organisation or group.

Training
Breathwork Africa offers several training programs and short courses to enhance knowledge and expand your toolkit. These include our popular 3-day introductory Breathwork Foundation Course, Breathing Buddies Training Program, a one-day workshop for those who work with children, and our flagship practitioner certification course, the Advanced Practitioner Course who may want to make Breathwork career. One-on-one Sessions
Using a range of breath techniques that are best suited to the individual, these sessions will enhance your Breath Intelligence by repatterning dysfunctional breathing habits caused by poor posture, chronic stress, emotional trauma and environmental toxins.
They offer the individual the opportunity to release the subconscious programming that may be difficult to access with the conscious mind. For children, we offer sessions to support self-regulation, increase confidence, manage anxiety and improve focus.
