A self-paced journey and can be done entirely at your own pace, although we recommend it to be done over six weeks to receive the full benefit of integrating the practices and processes.
We invite you to create time and space to immerse yourself in this creative journey of self-awareness and expansion. Each week has a different theme to explore your inner world and delves into a breath practice to support and inspire you.
