A self-paced journey and can be done entirely at your own pace, although we recommend it to be done over six weeks to receive the full benefit of integrating the practices and processes.

The Breathing Buddies Online Course is a self-paced online learning program that is ideal for those who work with children and want to support children in a new way of relating to life. This very practical course will leave attendees with a toolkit to share with children aged 3 to 13 years old.
