Carol-Lee fell in love with breath whilst completing the foundation course; she knew she had come home to something that spoke to her soul. Heeding the call of breath, she resigned from 30 years of high school education and was certified as an Advanced Breathwork Practitioner in 2022.
Her friendship with her breath has and continues to play a pivotal role in her mental, emotional, physical and spiritual growth and well-being. When consciously breathing, she feels grounded, safe, whole, loved, peaceful, powerful and filled with purpose.
She believes a life worth living is one where you are unapologetically you and deeply connected to your breath. The way to create that life is to BE ON PURPOSE, choosing to be intentional, deliberate and conscious about your thoughts, feelings, words, actions and breathing.
Teenagers, educators and empty(nest)-midlife women are the breathing humans she wants to help. If you wish to claim back the power over your life and realise the beauty of your existence, Carol-Lee is ready and waiting to teach you how to harness the power of breathing on purpose.
She offers individual breathwork sessions, group Breathwork Journeys and a variety of breathwork workshops.
