SURAYYA HASSAN
Boskruin
I am a Yoga Therapist and Registered Integral Coach® with an Honours degree in Applied Psychology. After two decades in corporate, I chose to follow a more integrated path - one that brings together the wisdom of the body, mind, and breath. I have always been deeply fascinated by the human potential to adapt, transform, and rise above even the most challenging circumstances.

In my work with women, I offer a holistic approach to wellbeing that recognises we are not just physical bodies, we are energy beings, complex and multi-layered. Breathwork is one of the most profound tools I use to support this journey. It is energy work in its purest form: a subtle yet powerful way to access the deeper currents of our being, shift patterns, and cultivate balance across all dimensions of what it means to be human.

I believe breath is a superpower - regulating, revealing, and reconnecting. I also believe in the quiet strength of kindness, the transformative nature of presence, and the healing power of community and connection.

"Each breath is an opportunity to return to presence, to remember who we really are." ~ Tara Brach

CAROL-LEE ALBERTS
Linksfield
Carol-Lee works at the intersection of breath and emotional honesty. She helps people break old reactive patterns and shift into living rooted in awareness, presence, and responsibility.

She teaches breath as a relationship you build over time, not a quick fix - a practice you return to when you’re overwhelmed or triggered. The real skill is learning to breathe into the moment so you can respond with clarity instead of autopilot, navigating stress, anxiety, and overwhelm with honesty, self-awareness, and compassion. She doesn’t treat stress as the enemy - it’s simply a signal asking to be understood.

After 30 years in high school education, she stepped into breathwork, recognising it as grounding, accessible, and practical - a place for safety and realignment. She “micro-doses” it daily to stay balanced mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

As an Advanced Breathwork Practitioner, Life Coach (PCC), and Enneagram Coach, she supports individuals, parents, educators, and teams through in-person integrated breath and life coaching sessions, group workshops, and guest speaking events. Her aim is simple: help people reconnect, interrupt patterns, and lead with presence - with a touch of humour.
