Details

A breath-inspired immersive exploring creativity, presence, and connection.

Facilitated by Dr Ela Manga.

A nourishing and playful return to the creative self. Set within the quiet beauty of nature, at Oaklands Farm Stay in Van Reenen, this immersive experience invites you to awaken the dormant inner artist through breath, movement, colour, texture, and touch.

Together we explore the breath as a bridge into aliveness, expression, and play. Leave restored and inspired,
with embodied experiences that support creativity as part of daily life and a way of being again.

What to Expect?

  • A curated blend of practices to awaken creativity

  • Mountain walks

  • Conscious connected breathwork

  • Creative rituals

  • Watercolour painting

  • Journalling & reflective writing

  • Delicious nourishing meals

  • Deep rest & spaciousness

  • Community, conversation & creative play

This immersive is for anyone longing to reconnect with creativity, vitality, and presence - especially if you do not identify as an artist. It is for those who feel disconnected from inspiration, caught in routine, creatively
blocked, overwhelmed, or simply curious about what becomes possible when breath and creativity meet.

No artistic experience is needed. Only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.
