Natalie is a lifelong lover and advocate of yoga, breathwork, meditation and energy healing. 

Natalie is a registered Yoga instructor with a passion for weaving together movement, breath and inspired poetry into her sessions. 

She believes that each individual is unique and possess the ability to heal by coming home to themselves through breathwork, meditation and movement.

Lily Breuning Ellis is an executive and life coach, advanced breathwork practitioner and process facilitator. She has worked in the field of supportive intervention and life coaching for over 15 years.

Lily’s practice is geared towards empowering individuals, families and organisations enabling them to cope with crisis and change, to lead and manage, and to develop flexibility, resilience and emotional intelligence. She has a particular passion for supporting people with anxiety and/ depression and facilitates grief processes and trauma release.

The focus on these areas assists people in being able to develop a sense of internal strength and to face life’s challenges with courage and endurance.

From early childhood, Morag had an unwavering desire to train as a nurse and midwife and as such she practiced for many years in various provinces in SA.   Her interest in holistic therapies led her to train in reflexology, reiki to mastery, holistic massage and in 2002, in BodyTalk to Instructor level.

Breathwork became the thread that wove through these modalities and since her year of Advanced Practitioner training last year, she enjoys the privilege of encouraging clients in breath awareness and shows them various breathing techniques to support them in these stressful times.   These can be enjoyed individually or in a group session, online or in person.

As a Holistic Integrated Counsellor, Sara first stumbled upon breathwork while searching for a somatic tool to help her clients experiencing trauma and anxiety. What she found instead, was a powerful experience that transformed her own life. 

Sara’s therapy practice takes a holistic approach to growth and healing, bringing together mind and body practices through talk therapy, walk and talk therapy, breathwork and meditation. She provides a soft place to land — a containing space of unconditional, non-judgmental support to those seeking the clarity to live with increased insight, personal power, and purpose.

Dr Sara Matchett is a certified Breathwork Practitioner, Lead Trainer of Fitzmaurice Voicework®, a Performance-Maker, and Associate Professor at UCT’s Centre for Theatre, Dance & Performance Studies. Her interests are in embodied practices that focus on presencing, co-sensing, collaborating and co-generating as a way of transforming ‘egosystems’ to ‘ecosystems’. Her practice is premised on the understanding that all living beings, both human and other-than-human, are connected by breath. The engagement of conscious breathing enables clients to experience the inter and intra-connectedness of all things and enhances a profound understanding of breath and how it can support emotional regulation and self-knowledge.  

Sara offers her clients an integrated experience of breath, body, voice and imagination to enable them to discover their unique embodiment and enjoy greater freedom, creativity, and presence. She does this by engaging breath as the catalyst and thread that weaves a connection between body, voice and imagination. By paying attention to the breath and how it associates with felt perception nurtures a relational body that is more perceptive and responsive.

Isabelle’s life journey has been a blend of sports, fine art, and performance art. She has played hockey for South Africa and is an international recognized artist. Becoming a breathwork practitioner wove the threads of these different worlds together and transformed her life into a passionate exploration of what it means to be a human being. Breathwork has instilled in her a profound respect for our interconnectedness with nature and each other. As she says, “Every time we bring awareness to our breathing, we have an opportunity to step into our lives anew. This is powerful stuff!”

Isabelle is a qualified breathwork practitioner, professional artist and lecturer at various universities. She is currently in the process of studying for an Art Therapy Degree to further her interest in breathwork and embodied creativity.

Louise  is a Breathwork and Mindfulness-Based Coach & Facilitator, with a degree in Occupational Therapy and has been practicing Occupational Therapy for 20 years, mainly in the field of Addiction, Psychiatry/Wellness and Children’s emotional problems. Louise has diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, is a Heal Your Life (Louise Hay) Facilitator and a registered Tibetan Sound Healer and Reiki practitioner. 

Louise offers a personal approach and compassionate understanding for her clients. Each person is seen as an individual and a person with their own special needs, rather than their condition or labels. Her intention is to work in the field of Breathwork and Mindfulness-Based Interventions and to contribute towards fostering increasing self-awareness and inspire those who choose to recover.

Shaamiela Safodien is a seasoned Registered Counsellor, with an Integrative counselling practice. She works at the intersection of Psychology, Spirituality, and the Somatic experience. Her counselling philosophy is grounded in a holistic and humanistic approach with mindfulness as the guiding principle.

She weaves into her practice and sessions acquired learnings of Mindfulness, Energy healing and Breathwork, and sees the breath as the great integrator. One that brings the client into the fullness of their body and somatic experience and makes way for their sensory and feeling self to emerge and be witnessed.

Shaamiela believes that the conscious breath is an experience of true intimacy with the self. In facilitation of sessions, she encourages clients to allow the breath to invite them into their internal world, with a gentle, safe and effective embrace which often enables trauma release, regulation and integration. Through this she believes the individual is called to recognise and restore their wholeness and live more fully.

Shaamiela also holds a space for the “feminine breath”, in her work of heart centered embodiment with women who wish to live in alignment with their feminine nature, using the breath as their anchor.

Gila, an Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience, is also an Advanced Breathwork Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Energy Healer, and Himalayan Sound Healer. Breathwork has become the golden thread uniting all facets of her practice, allowing her to co-create spaces of reconnection and healing with clients—both individually and in groups.

She brings breathwork into Palliative Care not only to ease the physical challenges of life-limiting illness but also to support clients and their loved ones in meeting each day with greater presence and embodiment. Expanding the role of breath within Palliative Care and Medicine is central to Gila’s vision and her evolving path in the world of breathwork.

Shoneez Gool Achmat is a certified Advanced Breathwork Practitioner, a certified Life Coach practitioner and facilitator, and a community worker. She holds a diploma in Montessori Early Childhood Development, which enhances her skills when engaging with young children. Her focus is to assist anyone willing to open the doorway to reach their fullest potential, be present in the now, and build on their already existing life.

She believes that our breath is the key to the doorway of limitless possibilities and therefore combines her coaching with the discovery of optimal breathing. She specialises in helping young teens and adolescents navigate their way through life. Although the youth are her focus, she welcomes anyone who is searching for themselves or simply needs someone to confide in. She is open to hearing your story and walking with you on your journey to success, offering you the tools to discover your true potential, authentic self, and true inner peace. She provides a safe and serene space to discover hidden gems within, through sacred breath, basic techniques, and conscious connected breath. She views life holistically and believes that our lives are designed by interwoven threads.

Conscious and intentional breathing can be a doorway to a deeper experience with self and beyond. Leisha is a registered clinical psychologist with an interest in breathwork to liberate us from the looping of the mind that can keep us stuck. Her breathwork practice draws on her background in psychotherapy, grounded in Western biopsychosocial epistemology as well as in certain contemplative philosophies that all make a rich offering. Leisha provides both functional breathing skills for everyday emotional regulation, as well as a transformational breath practice called Conscious Connected Breathing. She is skilled in holding the insights, emotions, memories, and/or thoughts that emerge in these practices with the view of leveraging this material for growth and recovery. She advocates developing self-leadership in others, which means supporting people to better recognise what their body and mind are communicating,  and to build self-nourishment.

Leisha offers individual in-person sessions in Tokai, Cape Town, as well as small group sessions.
