Jean is interested in the inner dimensions of change and healing, especially the overlap between spirituality, neuroscience and transpersonal states. He offers individual and group Breathwork sessions at various studios around Cape Town, including his own studio in Hout Bay.

As a Registered Nurse, Midwife, ICU Sister, Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Hatha Yoga Teacher, Anna specialises in Pain and Stress Management and is part of a medical multidisciplinary team with a holistic approach to health and pain management.
In her cozy, peaceful, relaxing studio, situated close to the sea in the quiet picturesque village of Still Bay, Anna works independently and in conjunction with medical practitioners, physical therapists and occupational therapists.

Lily Breuning Ellis is an executive and life coach, advanced breathwork practitioner and process facilitator. She has worked in the field of supportive intervention and life coaching for over 15 years.
Lily’s practice is geared towards empowering individuals, families and organisations enabling them to cope with crisis and change, to lead and manage, and to develop flexibility, resilience and emotional intelligence. She has a particular passion for supporting people with anxiety and/ depression and facilitates grief processes and trauma release.
The focus on these areas assists people in being able to develop a sense of internal strength and to face life’s challenges with courage and endurance.
