Priti is a breathwork practitioner and sound therapist who has a passion to help others connect within and discover and create their inner potential. She uses Tibetan singing bowls, vocal toning, rhythmic drumming and breathwork as tools to inspire harmony and wellbeing within oneself.

Lwandile is a Life Coach, Negative Emotional Therapy Practitioner, Employee Wellness Consultant and Certified Breathwork Practitioner.

 

She is passionate about creating safe spaces of trust and connection through breathwork. She integrates life coaching tools in her sessions, that allows the client to feel, connect and process. 

 

She offers sessions for groups and individuals.

I am a passionate and experienced Pilates teacher with a new role as breathwork practitioner.

My journey has evolved into a fusion of mindful movement and conscious breathing. The movements we play with are opportunities for us to pay attention to the kinds of things we do daily with our bodies.

Bringing breathwork into these movements gives us the time to observe the spaces and consciously encourage change. Guiding people in body awareness and other breathing techniques offers them a new and unique experience of themselves which reconnects them to the potential of this incredible Life Force.
