Liv has a background as a singer and conductor of choirs, but today she runs her own clinic in the northern part of Norway. Teaching yoga, offering Cranio-sacral therapy and holding ceremonies in nature throughout the seasons of the year. 

 

Liv offers online and in-person breathwork and coaching sessions. Breathing with nature is her deepest passion, connecting the inner and outer nature.

 

Connecting the east, west, south, north through breath is one of her visions.

After years of yoga, meditation and sound therapy Lynn Hiraldo-Reynoso was led to Breathwork and the central role it plays in health and wellbeing.  “I was drawn towards learning more and studying all the different approaches, particularly with Breathwork Africa which spoke to me and pulled me close,” says Lynn. 

 

Lynn’s style leans towards integrating meditation and Breathwork in order to facilitate deep relaxation. She is incorporating Breathwork into everyday life activities such as Breathwork with pelvic floor exercise.

Stacey has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, teaching since 2005. She is a certified Breathwork Practitioner, Yoga Therapist, Menopause Yoga Teacher & iRest L2 Meditation Teacher. She has also studied other healing modalities over the years.

 

Breath has always been a fundamental pillar of her yoga practice however after becoming ill in 2017, she began to explore breathwork even more deeply and today it is an integral part of her life and teachings. Living with a chronic auto-immune condition, she has a deeply vested interest in pain management and is passionate about empowering herself and others with self-care tools to manage stress, facilitate healing and promote long-term wellbeing.

 

She offers online and in-person one-to-one sessions, group sessions and workshops; incorporating elements of gentle, mindful movement, breathwork and deep relaxation.

Amanda Quaid is a voice, speech and breath coach in New York City. For 20 years, she has worked with actors, singers and non-performers to expand their capacity for expression. 

 

She currently offers online breathwork sessions, with an emphasis on breathing for stress reduction and energy management.

 

With a background as an actor and voice instructor, she also specialises in the way breath meets word, helping clients free their voices and discover more ease in the act of speaking.

Ashleigh loves that breathwork brings science and the mystical together. Empowering people to realize their own healing ability is her greatest passion.

 

Ashleigh believes that both knowledge and an openness to exploring the mystery of our inner world are important pillars for healing and living a full life. She believes that an integrated approach to healing is important and she takes into consideration the physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies in her sessions. Ashleigh enjoys integrating the knowledge that she has received through her studies and experience in physiotherapy, craniosacral therapy and yoga into her breathwork practice.

 

She enjoys sharing this through various breathwork techniques and experiences in different formats including workshops, group sessions and one on one sessions both online and in person.

Celine is a certified advanced breathwork practitioner and an ICF PCC coach based in Thailand and working across South East Asia. With a passion for personal growth and transformation, Celine discovered the power of breathwork as a tool for self-exploration and healing.

Focusing on stress, anxiety, and trauma, Monique blends evidence-based psychological approaches with breathwork to foster healing, resilience, and personal growth.
