Julie Robinson is an organisational psychologist and brain-based coach with over 17 years of experience. Her career began as a management consultant and has spanned both the private and public sectors, working with senior leaders across a wide range of industries predominately focussed on strategy, leadership, and team development. She is the founder of Inventure (www.theinventure.com), offering immersive experiences that support reflection and growth by inviting personal transformation beyond the boundaries of conventional development spaces.

Julie experienced her first breathwork session in early 2019 and from that departure began to deeply recognise the significant role that conscious breathing plays in her health and continued healing. Her journey through chronic illness has profoundly shaped her mindbody approach, blending formal expertise with embodied, unconventional practices that honour the complexity of our inner worlds. Guided by the natural world and threaded together with story, she brings a rich, adventurous spirit to her work. Julie’s approach is shaped by a neuroscience-informed, eco-leadership lens and a deep commitment to authenticity, compassion, freedom, curiosity, and contribution, enriched by her practice as a Pneumanity breathwork practitioner.
