Ashleigh Mckenzie is a South African somatic practitioner and breathwork facilitator, now based in the Netherlands. With a background in physiotherapy, she works with breath, body, and voice to awaken authentic expression. Her work centers on collective liberation, using the breath as a gateway to remember our innate power, connection, and wholeness - and as a vital part of dismantling systems of harm.
