This session bridges dentistry, medicine, breathwork, neuroscience, paediatrics and embodied practice, offering a systems-level understanding of health that many practitioners sense, but were never taught.


The airway–breath–face axis.

 

Led by Dr Raveena Manga, Integrative & Paediatric Dentist, this immersive masterclass explores how breathing patterns, airway function and facial development form the hidden architecture beneath health, behaviour and vitality - from infancy through adulthood.

 

You’ll discover how:

                •              Habitual mouth breathing quietly reshapes the face, destabilises the airway and alters the nervous system

                •              Facial structure reflects breathing history and predicts sleep quality, posture and stress patterns

                •              A poorly functioning diaphragm weakens airway stability, fueling a cycle of poor sleep, dysregulation and cognitive strain

                •              Tongue posture, lip seal and nasal breathing act as foundational drivers of optimal development and resilience

Our monthly Breathwork Masterclass sessions are facilitated by certified breathwork practitioners and usually happen on the last Saturday of the month from 3.00pm - 5.00pm, South African Standard Time (UTC+2).

All bookings will receive the downloadable recording of the Masterclass a few days later for your reference.

Please set up a comfortable space – either on the floor on a yoga mat, on a couch, or even in bed! Have water and an extra blanket near you.
