About the Event
Like a fingerprint, every person has a unique breathprint — a breathing signature shaped by life experience. In every moment, the breath reflects and communicates our thoughts, emotions, and the state of the nervous system.
In this masterclass, Dr Ela Manga invites you into a deeper literacy of breath — learning to listen to what the body is already revealing.
Designed for coaches, doctors, psychologists, therapists, professionals in caring roles, and anyone committed to their own health and wellbeing, this session explores how breathing patterns reflect nervous system states, adaptive strategies, emotional holding, and capacity for regulation. Especially in moments when words don’t fully communicate what is really going on.
You will learn how to:
• Recognise common breathing patterns and what they reveal about safety, stress, and resilience
• Read the breath as a dynamic response to environment, history, and internal state
• Distinguish between functional adaptation and strain
• Develop greater attunement before introducing breath or regulation practices
• Work with breath in a way that is trauma-aware, respectful, and body-led
Whether you support others or are learning to support yourself, understanding the language of breath can change how you meet life.
Your breath is always speaking.
This masterclass teaches you how to listen.
