About the Event
Join us for this unique and empowering playshop facilitated by one of South Africa's leading actors, Jack Devnarain and Founder of Breathwork Africa, Dr Ela Manga.
Many of us feel fatigued and judged for the masks we need to adopt in the various roles we play in our lives. By understanding what our masks represent and why we choose them, we can embrace our various roles in society and turn our fear into freedom.
This playshop explores a refreshing new perspective - that the mask is still you!
Through creative process and conscious breathing practices, we will explore how to accept, integrate, and wear our masks consciously so that they become an authentic expression of our full selves.
