Are you anxious? Do you struggle sleeping? Feeling overwhelmed by the constant demands of modern life?

By taking just a few minutes each day to connect with your breath, you can activate your body's natural relaxation response, lower stress hormones, and create a sense of calm that extends far beyond your breathing practice.


No special equipment needed. No subscriptions required. Just you, becoming aware of the rhythm that's been with you since birth - a sustainable tool for well-being that's always available, wherever you are.


In this group in-person session we will explore regulation breathing techniques that support mental clarity, restful sleep, physical resilience, and reduced anxiety.


Kindly remember to bring:

  • A yoga mat

  • Blanket

  • Pillow or cushion

  • Water

  • Journal and pen
