About the Event
Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve is the largest proclaimed nature reserve in the Johannesburg Metropolitan area (over 700 ha. in extent). The reserve boasts a surprising diversity of fauna. Some of which are larger game such as zebra, red hartebeest, and black wildebeest. There are also items of botanical, geological, archaeological, historical and cultural interest. The Reserve is rated as a birding hotspot where approximately 230 bird species are resident.
Join Simon Kehagias on this Breath Walk for a uniquely different experience of nature just outside of Johannesburg. A beautiful nature walk coupled with calming breathwork experiences along the way. We may even breathe at some old ruins. The walk is about 4.5km in length and follows a gentle profile with one uphill to the lookout point. We'll be stopping several times on the trail to take in the views, breathe and connect with nature.
Whether you're curious about breathwork, you're a regular breather, or you're just wanting to get outdoors, this is a great opportunity to join our growing community and explore our city's gems through the breath.
