As the year draws to a close, we invite you to join us for our annual retreat - a special day created for you to reflect, celebrate the year that was and make space for what is ready to emerge.
The day will unfold through gentle breathing, writing practices, and creative expression inspired by the element of water.
Held in a space of joy, nourishment and care, we’ll honour the tears, tides, and triumphs that have shaped us, and open to the calm waters of what lies ahead.
