Breathing Buddies

A 1-day online workshop leaving you with a toolkit on why, when, and how to teach breathwork to young people aged 6 to 16 years old

This creative and interactive workshop will equip you with a solid set of skills to integrate conscious breathing into your work with children whether you are an educator, medical professional, sports coach, au pair, yoga teacher, or parent. No prior experience or knowledge of breathwork is needed to participate in this workshop.

THE WORKSHOP COVERS

• The brain-body-breath connection and why conscious breathing matters

• Building breath intelligence and awareness

• Foundational breathing techniques for different age groups

• Self-regulation, co-regulation, and emotional wellbeing

• Fun and creative ways to teach breathwork

• Using breathwork to support everyday life and resilience
