About the Event
Join Simon from Breathwork Africa as we get outdoors and breathe together in nature at our new monthly "Breathe in the park" group session.Â
We'll be meeting at the Rose Gardens adjacent to Emmarentia Dam. This is one of Joburg's oldest and most beautiful and well-kept parks. Definitely worth the visit and walk-about after the session! Â
Whether you're curious about breathwork, you're a regular breather, or you're just wanting to get outdoors, this is a great opprotunity to join us and experience this unique breathwork session in the park.Â

How to find us?Â
We will meet at 7:50am at the entrance to the Joburg Botanical Gardens and walk together to our breathwork tree. Secure parking is off Thomas Bowler Street (opposite Roosevelt High School). Â
