Breath of the Baobab

For twenty-one days, we journey through the landscapes of Africa. We breathe with ancient baobabs, kelp forests, dung beetles, elephants, rivers, birdsong and moonlight. Each offers a different lesson remembering the rhythms that have always lived within us. As nature breathes, so do we. This is an invitation to begin again. 

The journey begins on 1 September 2026 through to 21 September 2026. The 21-day journey will consist of daily recorded guided audios by Dr Ela Manga. These are not live sessions. The audios are yours to keep and can be listened to in your own time.

To receive the content participants are required to sign up and register with a WhatsApp number.
