Breath adventure in Joburg - Delta Park

Delta Park is one of Johannesburg's biggest green lungs and an ambler's paradise. It offers 104 hectares of grassland and woodland to explore. There is also a sensory trail and bird-viewing hides. The southeast corner of Delta Park is one of the most tranquil retreats and there are delightful picnic spots.

Join breathwork adventure facilitator Simon at this tranquil location on a guided breathwork experience under an old oak tree. The merging of nature's serine healing magic with the deeply transformative conscious breathing to create a space of personal healing and growth. The guided session is about 90 minutes long with some time for conversation and mingling after.

Whether you're curious about breathwork, you're a regular breather, or you're just wanting to get outdoors, this is a great opportunity to join our growing community and explore our beautiful city through breath. You are welcome to pack a picnic, if you would like to stay after the session and explore the park.

Where we will meet:

We will be gathering and waiting for everyone at the carpark just off Standard Drive (Google Map location). Look out for the Breathwork Africa sharkfin flag.

After arrival, we will take a short easy walk along the path to our session spot.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat (and if possible, a groundsheet/protector, as the ground is leafy).
• Drinking water.
• Warm clothing.
• An adventurous spirit.
