Welcome to Expanding In, a six-week personal journey inspired by breath. We invite you to create time and space to immerse yourself in this creative journey of self awareness and expansion. Each week has a different theme to explore your inner world and delves into a breath practice to support and inspire you. The programme is guided by Dr Ela Manga through audio clips, videos and written content. It includes the science behind conscious breathing, breathwork practices, and creative and reflective processes. Expanding In is a self-paced journey and can be done entirely at your own pace, although we recommend it to be done over six weeks to receive the full benefit of integrating the practices and processes. At the end of this journey, you will have a toolkit of practices to support you to Expand Inward and Outward. All the audio and video clips are downloadable on all devices.
